Short documentary questioning the meanings of Waste

Waste can be perceived differently from one person to another. Culture, background, emotions and memories can play an important part in shaping this reality. As one of the interviewees said, “One man’s waste can be another man’s treasure.” 

Within the creative community, we find many people that give devalued objects new purposes. In this short documentary, I questioned the different meanings of waste, by speaking to designers and artists. I tried to better understand the different associations that shape this reality.
